Monday - Shorts, shell and helmet. Mainly walk through going over game plan for the week. Condition hard and lift Full Body! (4:15pm - 6:00pm)
Tuesday - Full dress and full contact! Going full speed in all drills. Cover Offense, Defense and Special Teams. Condition hard and No weights. (4:15pm - 6:15pm)
Wednesday - Full dress and full contact. Full speed in all drills. Cover Offense, Defense and Special Teams. Condition hard and speed weights. (4:15pm - 6:00pm)
Thursday - Shorts and helmet. Game Day prep and run-throughs. Make sure special teams is set. Light Running. No weights. (4:15pm - 5:00pm)
Saturday -
Coaches Meet - 8:00am (Laundry, Copy Game Film, No Break Down)
Players watch film - 9:00am
Weights and Conditioning - 10:00am
Off Campus - 11:00am
No Sundays - Each coach gets a copy of the next opponents game film to break down and come up with their specific game plan. We meet Mondays to go over game plan.
