The Jonesboro and Zephyr game is in Zephyr. Jonesboro was outplaying Valley in Hico till they ran out of gas in the second half. I'm thinking the same thing could happen in Zephyr. I'll take Zephyr in a close one.

Your point difference may be a little tight on the other games, but I would agree with the picks.

That's not what I saw at all. Jonesboro was leading until their stud came to the sidelines and took off his shoulder pads. Not sure why he left, injury or some medical reason it looked like. In my opinion, had he stayed in the game, Jonesboro wins that game. And I think they beat Zephyr by 25 or more.

I gotta go with my Mountaineers winning by 40+ points. From what I've seen, they're going to be to much for the bulldogs, but I could be wrong!

The eye of the beholder. Valley rotated 3 different tailbacks in on each succesive offensive series. In the first half they were making 3 yards with a loud "thunck" at the end of every power sweep. Third quarter they were gaining 4 and 5 yards with a loud "thunck" at the end of every power sweep. Fourth quarter they had 20 yards at a time with missed tackles rather than loud "thuncks". They just wore Jonesboro's defense to a frazzle.

I agree with you Hornkeeper. The stud that came off of the sideline had a concussion. Against Buckholts and Aquilla, Jonesboro was playing without players due to injury. I beleive this Friday against Zephyr we will have everyone suited up and playing. I also agree with you that J-Bird would have one that game by 20 points if he would have stayed in. But Valley was also a very good team... I have not seen Zephyr play yet, but I guess we will see tomorrow night. Jonesboro by 20+.
