Lefors ISD is seeking applicants for Head Football Coach/AD, other sports may include asst basketball, track, tennis. Teaching position is preferred to be in Social Studies, but open to other fields with a strong candidate. Applicants should be highly qualified and certified for their field. Applicants must have a heart for students, academics and a commitment to a complete athletic program. We are a student centered district with emerging technology in the classroom. Coaches must show a knowledge of game fundamentals, strong fitness programs, implementation of good positive motivational practices, possess stellar communication skills both with students and parents, and clear reference checks.
Lefors ISD is a Six Man 1A Division 2 district with 168 students Pre-K Through 12 located 11 miles southeast of Pampa, TX. Lefors ISD pays approx $3400 above the state min with competitive stipends. We have excellent facilities and a strong community following.
