Are the trucks still beating up the roads everywhere else, or has the madness slowed down a bit?

I moved to Elk City, Oklahoma in 2013, (Natural Gas). When I got here it was so busy you couldn't even get a motel room here. Rentals were a 9 month waiting list. In the 1st quarter of 2015, apartment managers are running so many specials that you can get two months free rent if you will sign a 1 year deal. To say its in a slow down is an understatement.
