Granger's Ramblings

Oh the days of old. How I miss Grangers ramblings. Old Goober is always full of Everclear which makes it hard to understand him sometimes. Then you have Rainjerk which is just a sore loser. And then there's Cowgirl P on the other channel, it's really one-sided and is about like watching CNN. So often you spread your wisdom through your ramblings. Am I the only one that longs for Grangers ramblings.

If the "23 And Me" add shows up - I'd highly recommend clicking on it and making a purchase. The results they provide you with are amazing. I'd stop short of calling it a full human genome map, but it is worth the $90 to see where you come from genetically.

Not surprisingly, the results of my DNA origins have been tracked to a trailer park in Eastern Tennessee. GO figure.

My brother-in-law and his wife did it. He also purchased it for both of his parents for Christmas last year. It seems fascinating.

It's well worth the money. When my wife and I did it, the company was embroiled in a lawsuit with the FDA, so all we received was our basic genotypes. But they have since overcome the bureaucratic hurdles, and the detail of the reports you now get are almost scary.
