Dumb question... What is the difference between being an independent 6man school and an "outlaw" 6man school? I'm sure this has been asked before but basically I'm asking if Fruitvale would be eligible to be considered independent and compete with those teams, playoffs etc...

I believe the words are interchangeable, but we'll actually have them listed on the site as an independent. @FCSA football can explain whether they qualify for the independent bowl series or not.
