Crowell is a small rural town with big support and involvement from its community for our school. The community has high expectations for our students and staff in athletics, academics, and extracurricular activities.
Crowell ISD is looking for someone to build upon its established tradition of excellence and success in all areas on and off of the football field. The candidate must exhibit passion, energy, and must possess a thorough knowledge of six man football. The candidate must be able to implement structure and provide consistency by clearly and effectively communicating high expectations for all student-athletes. The candidate must also provide leadership to the district coaching staff, model strong character, work-ethic, and provide support so that all athletic programs are exemplary. The candidate must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and to also effectively manage personnel and budget. The candidate must be well-versed in UIL rules and requirements to ensure that the District is always in compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Texas Teaching Certification
CDL
Salary Information:
Competitive
Contract – 207 Days
District pays $3,000 a year toward TRS Health Insurance
District provides a $50,000 Life insurance policy for each employee
District housing available for rent - $400 monthly
