court sizes?

I was wanting to know if anybody out there knew for sure if a NBA size basketball court was within the highschool regulations?

I think Cherokee's gym could house an NBA game! With the heater hanging down in the corner blocking shots, it could host a few Mavs games.

I am getting replies, but no answers to my question. Is a NBA size court within the regulations of high school basketball?

high school is 84ftx50ft
nba is 94ft by 50 ft, and of course 3pt range is back further

I know this, what I am asking is, is it within the high school regulations to play all my home games on a NBA regulation size court? Or must it be on a smaller size court?

Yes. The court should be approx. 94' x 50'.
Obviously, a lot of our courts are much smaller.

According to Federation (HS) rules, the court played on shall not be "more than 94" feet, which means an NBA court is acceptable. However, according to the rules, the correct 3 point line is a "shall" rule, which means its mandatory.
