BYE's for Playoffs?

With the D1 playoff bracket i dont understand the BYE's can someone fill me in on that?

There are no BYE's in DI UIL playoffs.

Thanks i was looking at brackets and it showed BYE's

UIL site shows DI-15 W and R both with first round byes.

During the 2010-11 alignment, there were 15 districts in Division I. I believe the UIL just carried over the the bracket pdf without omitting the "BYE" for the District 15 Champion and Runner-up.

Otherwise...Apple Springs, Oakwood, and High Island are battling for playoff spots that don't exist.
