Can anybody shed a bit of light on the situation at Bryson? I know... they are in with Throckmorton, but other than that, what does the future there look like as well as the job itself?
Thanks
What has more importance
when applying for a position?
The potential for the current athletes
to carry a coach to victory?
OR
The potential for a coach
to serve the students needs
for the long haul?
Hmmmmm...
I agree with that.
It's HS sports.
You get who you get.
Then why is there a common theme
running through many of these open coach positions
that point out the athletic potential of the future.
Even this first post asks what will there future be like?
What does that mean besides will they win or not?
jus wondren'.
dude, you say you're in it for the long haul at your current community, but you're asking about this job. Then you ask about the current attitude at the school as if it will never change, or if its something you can "work with". Any good coach knows the team reflects the attitude of the coach. Just be honest, you wanna know what type of athletes they have coming up. Holier then though B.S. is easily read through, but nice try.

Wow.
Kinda harsh?
In a perfect world we can only hope
the team reflects our attitude.
There are also different levels
that each of us can put up with
or "work with"
but it's a fact of life
that you have to go along with some things
in order to get along.
jus sayin'.
Without compromising your values, of course.
