They're not looking very hard.

I'm typically a fan of promoting from within
but,
maybe someone who's been there
through 2 years of what they've had,
isn't the best choice for the students.

What field are they looking for

I'm not sure what teaching field. I do know that the football program may be shut down if they don't get some wins and build more community interest.
