banned ips

Not sure what is up, but my home ip has been banned from my own servers. I am trying to get it resolved. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this... basically the screen goes blank.

it was awesome. apparently when I was working on some code this weekend, I typed the wrong username/password too many times when I decided to log into the main parts of the website.... so it banned my ip. It only took 24 hours to get corrected.

That's happened to me several times. But our old host wouldn't admit to it - either too lazy or to incompetent. I finally got my ISP to flip some switches and give me a new IP address. We aren't using that host anymore.

Dad's favorite when I broke something was "You could tear up a railroad rail with a humming bird feather."

Problem is he was correct!!! :-/
