Arlington Heights Christian School is looking into hosting a summer all star game, and want to see how many out there think their athletes would be interested. It would be arrive on Wednesday and game either on Friday night or Saturday night. We would provide housing for the athletes along with meals. Corpus Christi has a lot to offer with beaches, malls, movie theater, race tracks and much more. Pretty similar setup as the Don Hardin and Brazos Bowl.

I'm surprised Smokey didn't respond to the racing claim as he likes to go to Ruidoso for the ponies.
My first thought was I didn't know they had a track, maybe a few Coaches could slip off and make a few extra bucks with their knowledge of speed.
But a google search only brought up this,
http://www.greyhound-racing.info/corpus ... track.html
Might interest the folks from Throckmorton or Strawn.
Just kidding Coach
Consider this a bump for your topic. The Ocean and Football are Cool.
Corpus is my favorite Texas costal city.

Remind me to explain my greyhound handicapping method to you sometime................ I don't think Granger would appreciate my doing so on the board........,,..

If this game happens don't forget to go over the causeway and up the Island to Port A to truly experience the area. Ride the free ferry back to the mainland (it's not really totally free, our taxes pay for it, so, get your moneys worth!).
A game like this would be great for the sport, as to my limited knowledge from reading on here there are no Public six man teams in the area and very few Privates.
A lot of small towns in that part of the state that could have interest in moving up from perpetual 11 man losers to competing in six man.
