Whitney & Aquilla are both above conservation level and are still on the rise. The catfishing on Aquilla is getting good.

The rain's been wonderful. All the tanks are full. But if it doesn't keep raining some over the next few months we could still end up with a bunch of tall grass and weeds that will burn easy later.

Just an update. Here in Comanche County, my stocktanks are full. Red Top Cain is about to head out and need cutting. Things look much better than last year. About three weeks ago we had little thunderstorm come over the top of us. It gave refresher thoughts about cows and flat rocks. Man it rained! Two inches in about 20 minutes. Most of it was horizontal so I wouldn't swear that my rain gauge was anywhere accurate.
