Hammer Drops On Dynasty in Blackwell
That had to be the shortest dynasty in the history of 6man football. The hammer did drop tonight. Appears all the smack talk caught up with the valley of H2O.....total....wv player. #7 and #19 are seniors and will be missed. WV has some good young players but those are some large shoes to fill. Perhaps in the off season new positions can be created and more players bought. Oh well. Time for the bball school to get back on the court.
As for you Mr. Backer, Ira brought their A game for the entire game and, well, I told you so.
I would like to say good luck to the HOME-GROWN wv volleyball team. Win it all tomorrow!

Bunyon, did you make it to the game? I thought Ira brought the wood at hit the Wildcats hard. Seemed to me that the Wildcats didn't know what hit 'em...played shy and behind the whole game. I forget who it was, but #12 from Ira did a stiff-arm smack down on a WV player...like a man against a boy.

Yeah made it to the game. Sat on the winning side. I agree with your observations. Wv looked a little confused on D at times. I saw the smack down. I think it was #22 from wv that was on the receiving end. You are right. #12 was a man.

Re: Hammer Drops On Dynasty in Blackwell
and Blackwell has got to be the palace of sixman stadiums. I also noticed that when #12 wanted into the endzone, he plowed through any wildcat in his way.
Where's total access and WV player?

Congrats Bulldogs on a great win. Yes Blackwell is a palace, very nice facilities!! Like I said no one would catch #12 or #8. Amazing ballgame, never underestimate your opponent. Great D and O played all night Ira!!

Re: Hammer Drops On Dynasty in Blackwell
Gonna be a long wait. Blackwell's facilities are awesome. I'd much rather watch a 6man playoff game on a 6man field than some big 11 man stadium. If #12 stays healthy you got to like Ira's chances.....just ask wv backer.

Wonder if WV Backer was the one controlling the horn on WV side? It didn't get to blow much in the second half.
Sorry I seem negative, but it sure is nice when a mouthy group of players/fans get their come-uppins.

Did anyone else see the accident in the parking lot after the game? Wow. Nice facilities but may need a little more parking. Not everyone can drive.

Didn't see the accident, but heard about it...I think some lady was texting and backing up. Are you supposed to do that in a school zone?
Bunyon - yes, buttload of cars...everywhere.

Re: Hammer Drops On Dynasty in Blackwell
Still here. I will eat all the crow need be. Not to excuse but we were a little banged up. On another note, the refs should have flagged the ira coach. He was practically in their huddle on the field every play. Very opinionated to the refs on every clock stoppage too. Not to take anything away from the efforts of their players though.12 is a good one. Wish yall the best of luck the remainder of this season but we will be back in year two of coach o's system. One year and he has built us into a power. Already ready for what is in store.

Re: Hammer Drops On Dynasty in Blackwell
Heck I'm thinking Blackwell's as good as it gets for hosting 6man playoff games. Who votes for Ira vs Borden County @ Blackwell? Out of the way but a dang nice place to play.
