 Re: sc vs loraine
Wish I knew the story behind the SC/Trent game. If SC sub’d a lot of players for time, I think SC has this one. If they didn’t, the bulldogs just might throw a surprise party for SC. Either way I expect this to be a 4 quarter squeaker. I’ll take Loraine 41-38.

If Sterling City #22 is back and heard he will be Sterling City 45's Loraine
#22 missed games against Trent and Westbrook

YEWWWWW That yellow was not a good choice. Still I would like to see those Eagles get beat. Would hate for Victoria to have to repo the bulldog ;)

Victoria is Coach Jackson niece. Last year she decided he needed a real bulldog because even at her young age she knew the mascot wasn't a real dog. And besides, her mama has plenty money :) Oh yeah, the dog was to be a reward for winning district, but he got it after making the playoffs last year.

 Re: sc vs loraine
Loraine will put up a heck of a fight, but I say SC takes the win. If SC is healthy they win by 30.

 Re: sc vs loraine
My understanding is they thought (22) he had water on the knee. When they went to drain it, there was nothing. So exploratory surgery was performed to see why he was swollen so much. Nothing was found and he has been out to heal. If he plays against Loraine, he will be playing a week earlier than I was told. None of this is fact, just what I was told by someone I believe would know.

So technically Coach Jackson of Loraine still owes Victoria a District Championship; and it was only because Victoria's momma got tired of wiping dog slobber off her walls that coach got his mascot early.

 Re: sc vs loraine
I want to add that I'm pulling for the Loraine bulldogs all the way; but hoping of course that all of the players, Bulldogs and Eagles both, have a good, injury free game.
GO DAWGS ! !

 Re: sc vs loraine
Congratulations to both teams on making the playoffs. This is first time Loraine has made playoffs in consecutive since making it 3 consecutive years from 92-94. Don't know any history on Sterling City but I know they made the playoffs several times in 11 man.
