I am not sure how some of these guys that hijack Granger's boards for their own rankings have their rankings out already when scores are missing. Either they are holding back scores or they are running rankings with incomplete data. Either way, that's weak.
I think there are a bunch of sites that use these scores but don't share when they have something.
Obviously, places like the WacoTrib, KCBD and Abilene that don't work that way and always share, from what I can tell.
