 Re: week 3 picks
Wow, Blue bird you didn't give those boys at Waco Live Oak much of a chance. Seems a little odd since Grangers toy picked them over Gustine by 8. Should be a good game and maybe it will give us a better look at the public vs private schools.

 Re: week 3 picks
To be totally honest, I have no clue as to how good or bad Waco Live Oak is. It is truly just a guess. I do ,however, try to make my picks before Granger's spreads are out. Something about not being influenced by his toy. Gustine seems to be playing better than I expected after their scrimmage with Blanket. The spread in that pick reflected that new found confidence.

 Re: week 3 picks
I'm not sure what their makeup is but they were a solid team. They had us beat from the start. We've played them and Richland, and both were very good teams.

No Live Oak Classical is a private school in Waco. They do allow homeschoolers to play there. There are a few on the team.

 Re: week 3 picks
After seeing both teams play.. Who do you think would win between live oak and rich land springs? Would it be a competitive game?

 Re: week 3 picks
Well live oak shut out gustine 46-0 by half time and it took RS a little more than 3 quarters to do it while they also gave up 2 scores. I don't know how long the starters played for either team but I think live oak just might be the private school team to beat this year.
