Based on the spreads, http://sixmanfootball.com/spreads.php, will there be any upsets this weekend? If so, which ones are you calling?

Will win LARGER than the spread
Avalon is 13 over Gholson - Avalon will beat Gholson by 32
Borden County is 25 over Petersburg - Borden County 45's Petersburg
Ft. Worth THESA is 5 over Blum - THESA by 41
Garden City is 10 over Austin Veritas - GC by 26
Ropes is 2 over Throckmorton - Ropes by 40

Upsets
Anton is 2 over Spur - These two have played some pretty good games in recent yrs.. Here's another ...Spur by 8
Strawn is 33 over Abbott - Abbott physical run game will be too much for Strawn : Abbott by 6
Zephyr is 45 over Oakwood - This talk about Oakwoods team speed will be put on display: Oakwood by 2
Coolidge by 32 over Rockwall Heritage - I can't recall seeing anyone beat Rockwall Heritage by more than 20: Rockwall Heritage has a winning tradition over mediocre UIL schools: Rockwall by 24

Game of interest
Richland Springs is 35 over Happy. New OC for RS, Can Happy put enough fire power on the field to keep up with RS.
I believe Happy keeps this one close. Richland Springs by 23

If a private school can top a good public school Veritas has the best shot over Garden City. Hearing Veritas may not be at full strength though.

The pick that jumped out at me was Newcastle and Gordon at 0-0. Gordon should walk off with this one by at least 25.

Abbott by 6. "Physical run game". DCTF, lead returning rb had 507 yds, 6 TD's last year, runs a 4.9.
PM for bets on your spread. I'll take it.

Happy will be upset if they don't upset RS. I don't think they can do it. Too well coached, Tippie is Superman.
