Water Valley vs. Borden County

Postby WV Backer » Sun Sep 29, 2013 5:18 pm

Well WV fans, will this be the walk-over that the toy predicts or will BC have a little something in store for the Wildcats? Don't know what's going on up there in Gail but this doesn't seem like the typical BC team this year. Let's hear your opinion.

BC has a winning tradition and you can bet they'll come out swingin regardless of the predictions. Also... I wouldn't advise anyone to get out of hand in Gail and get sent to the slammer... interesting article below...

Also hard to believe there were over 700 residents in Gail back in 1910. I guess the rattlers and 'yotes took over?

It's funny you would say that quentin70 because I always look at the other teams and think the same thing. I remember thinking that very thing a couple of years ago when the Wildcats played Sands and they had two big (6'3" or more) kids rushing the passer.

I think it is the newly imported Richland Springs and Brady radioactive water that is now being sent out west. Makes 'em big and mean.

guess ur right, anyways, ya'll look to have a good team for years to come. lots of good ball games to look foward to. and one more thing, i like the country music playing during warmups. good luck to ya'll all season and into the playoffs.

I don't think we're getting any of that water yet, Johnny South, but it's coming soon. If that's the stuff that's made Richland Springs a juggernaut for all these years we'll take it straight out of the tap! However, I think that Coach Burkhart may have had more to do with that than the water.

We appreciate the kind words Quentin70..... You guys have a great program as well and we have all the respect for BC. Lot's of tradition and judging from what I saw last night.... I don't think it'll take very long to reload. Good luck with the rest of your season as well.
