Re: Water Valley vs. Rankin You might worry about the Garden City game as well. On the verge of being 45'd by MC. Seems like they grew up in a hurry to come back and put that one in overtime. That was in week 0. I'm thinking they have a pretty good coach and may have them looking a little different that late in the season, pretty decent showing in week one for a team on the rebuild. Oh the heck with it, put me on the record. Rankin 7-3 at season's end!

Re: Water Valley vs. Rankin Biggest game of the season (so far) and we have to rely on SimplyPut to stir up all the chatter? While I appreciate (and concur with) the effort SimplyPut, it makes me wonder whatever happened to the Rabid Wildcat. Man, that dude could stir up some $hit couldn't he? Maybe we don't want to stir up anything with the big, mean, and ornery Red Devils after last week's game. They're probably a little pi$$ed right now. Of course, they might be fit to be tied after Friday night's game.

Old_dumb_D, you may want to re-visit your post directly above mine. Something like can cannot wait for Rankin to put an end to WV undefeated season. It was nothing more than a response to yours. Get yourself some armor before you chunk rocks! BTW, I admire Rankin and I have for years. Some truly tough football tradition there. Wipe your eyes feller.

Re: Water Valley vs. Rankin I guess I retract my last statement, and I wouldnt call the statement before that a hateful statement, in my opinion the wildcats and their fans are thinking WV is going up against the Red Devil team they played last season, they will figure out Friday that they are playing a much more physical and advanced Rankin team from a season ago.

I'd say they'll be some "figurin out" on the Rankin side as well... as WV is a different team from last year and yeah we saw how that much more physical and advanced team dominated the smaller, less physical Ira Bulldogs last week. I'm sure it'll help with #1 back. I do like how 99 wants to kill someone on kickoff and kickoff return. I'd hate to pay his grocery bill by the way. You might wanna double up on your centrum silver Old_dirty_D because you'll need to last four quarters, again. You need to go talk to those coaches by the way... need to rethink your homecoming games... lost'm both two years in a row.... oops... let's just say the devil made me do it.
