Post Richland Springs On BCS Radar?
Saw an unconfirmed report on ESPN that the Coyotes may be looked at for an "at large bid" for one of the BCS Bowls next year if they finish their regular season undefeated.

I bet they could beat Texas Tech.

I think Boise could take them on their blue carpet, but in a bono-fied PLAY-OFF system, the Coyotes might surprise everyone.

Only disadvantage I see is for Richland Springs is the college teams putting a safety or corner back and a linebacker on each of of the Coyote receivers. Of course, the receivers will have more field to work with on an 11-man field. Don't think any college team would agree to play on a six-man field.

Remember when Corn Hole (aka bean bag toss) used to be a "northern" game. Then NASCAR got a hold of it and now its one of the top games in the southeast. One guy in my shop at work has been contemplating quitting and building corn hole boards full time. Course he would not have bennies, and the fad may come and go.

If we get the Coyotes into any BCS game, then the exposure may provide the coverage we need for our beloved "Frito Pie" to spread like wild fire across our great nation. It would provide a much needed boost for our beloved Texas six-man football teams and the ingredients in "correct ingredients" in Frito Pie could replace the fascination of the nation with Boise's blue carpet.

The domino effect of six-man football would cascade and a yet to graduate marketing genius would latch onto the idea, help create a new fever and in 20 years from now Jack Pardee (Christoval Cougars, Alabama Tide, Los Angeles Rams) would not be our only six-man football player to do great things on the next two tiers.

And then it would be like heck to get a ticket to the game ... nah, let's skip this one.
