You might wait a couple weeks, there will be a 3A game there
Tickets at window $12 parking $10 at least thats what they were last yr
Thats what i did last year,,At a High school game you dont get to see it all,,many clubs, lounges are closed,,,but at least you can walk the whole thing,,minus Cowboy Cheerleaders

Yeah I think I will wait for a Saturday game in the next couple of weeks. Would have to rush up there straight after work, get home late, back to work in the morning. To see a team I don't really follow in what could be a blowout. Would rather see the stadium in daylight. Wonder if prices go up for the State games?

According to UIL website, admission to the 3A-D1 game on 12/9 is $12 Admission to the games on Dec.15 & 16 are $15 and includes admission to all three games each of those days. Six-man tickets in Abilene are $10 for both games. http://www.uiltexas.org/football/state

Re: Cash parking at Jerry World
I always park at Lincoln Square. The walk is the same distance at the old cash lots at Texas Stadium. The difference is that if you spend $40 at any of the businesses at Lincoln Square, put the receipt on the dash, then you park for free. There are tons of businesses to choose from. I usually buy gift cards from Best Buy and use them for Christmas, but restaurants are a good choice too.
