 Re: Big XII
I would've made even more friends since almost every bus around us was from Nebraska. They were great folks. They even brought us something called pork wings. They were pork ribs trimmed like huge wings that had some dry rub on them. Oh they were awesome.

 Re: Big XII
Now it looks like Mizzou may be leaving the Big XII for the Big Ten. I dont think TCU would be a good team to add, but it might happen.

 Re: Big XII
Oh sure! Drop the only team with any personality. If you wanna watch boring football so badly, subscribe to the Big Ten Network! :P

 Re: Big XII
Since when did Tech corner the market on exciting football? Face-painting linemen, maybe, but I think Texas, OU and OSU have been pretty exciting of late...

 Re: Big XII
Do not forget that the face painting lineman holds the national record for holds, most facemasks grabbed, and I guess a fat little girlfriend.

 Re: Big XII
From what I have been hearing, most of those Big Xll North schools would gladly jump ship to another confrence, don't realy blame them.

Granted, I didn't watch all of their games, but I wasn't overly impressed with any of them. OU and OSU lost most of their offense to injury/suspensions. It's hard to argue with their results, but I don't think UT gets their money's worth with Greg "Vanilla" Davis either.

 Re: Big XII
There is no way that anybody can say that nebraska's defense is or was better than the horns. when they played head to head ,UT beat them by only allowing nebraska to gain a total of 100 yards for the entire game. That is totally rediculus. Then if you go a step further, compare season stats and again, UT wins hands down. Alabama is overhyped this year just like they were last year. Texas will walk over them because they will win the turnover battle and shake up bama's quarterback (at least two interceptions). McCoy will find open receivers all day. Watch and see if what I say doesn't come true.
