Another article in the Sunday paper describes our official food of sixman football, the Frito Pie, which according to this article, got its start in San Antonio. The Alamo City is, unquestionably, the home of the Frito Corn Chip ... but origins of the Frito pie recipe I believe are up to discussion. Today's paper gives the nod to the wife of the guy who bought the recipe.
