As a member of the Navy I have been in now for 10 years. At times it is tuff to see the big picture in the things that we are doing. The time away from our family and friends takes a toll on you after a while. But I come here and read the post's that everyone does on here and I wanted to thank you all for your support. There are a lot of Americans that have forgoten about what our freedom costs because they don't have to deal with it everyday like us in the military or the family in the military does. But I am very happy to be from the greatest state in the United States, TEXAS. After being stationed in many places and dealing with the people from other states with thier down talk and just really no respect for people or anything especially the military has made me sick. I just really appreciate this thread and I hope that we can keep it up. I hopefully will be getting out of the military soon and will be pursuing a coaching career. I loved playing the game of 6-man and can't wait to coach it. Once again thank you so much for everything you guys do to keep us up-lifted.

Panther20, thanks for your unselfish service to our country. Be safe. I don't live in Texas anymore but get back every chance I get. Will be back for 6-7 days sometime between now and January 3 to visit family.

Thank you guys. I felt it was my duty to serve my country for a greater good. And that is the thing that I see more and more here in the navy. Texas has the most military members by state. I swear that I can't go anywhere without running into a fellow Texan. Which is really good becuase it makes me feel good that our great state keeps serving the country. Our Kids are more home grown with morals and uderstand what it means to serve a greater purpose than any other state. I have to say that it is because of our up bringing from our parents. So to you parents out there Thank you for keeping to the teaching of good morals and good manners and to those that have Children in the military keep your head up because they are serving a greater cause.
