WOW!!!!

No wonder the police had such a hard time catching that kid!

Did get a "locked up and in jail" reference from PA on one tackle. LOL

WOW!!!

The kids in O'Donnell know they got beat. It's my understanding that only three were involved in the "criminal" activity. No sense in rubbing all their noses in it.

And I got a heck of a good laugh at the PA guy's line too. I don't care who you are, that was just funny.

To a town and team that prides themselves with self proclaimed class that was the most classless exibition of sportsmanship that I've ever witnessed from up in the pressbox (PA announcer) to sidelines (coaches) to even the chain crew. Congrats to BC's kids great game by both teams. Guy in the red jacket running the chain talking trash to our kids, I know who you are and I will talk to you about it in person.

Thanks,

It is better to keep your mouth shut for fear of being taken for a fool and opening it and removing all doubt. I will now attempt the same type of foolishness that you displayed.

To a town that prides themselves on forgiving ex convicts and inviting them onto your football team, I congratulate you on the most classless use of vulgarity by your coaching staff that I have seen in recent years. Ex-convicts playing on the field and talking trash to our kids, I know who you are and I will talk to you about it in person!

Grow up. There was trash talking on both sides. I say this because I am a realist. If you actually think that your kids did not do their fair share of jawing, you are beyond a fool. Our kids are not perfect and we have never claimed that they were. A bad reputation whether believed earned or not is most usually justified. A good reputation as BC has, has to be earned over time and by the views of other coaches and fans. I have never seen BC get on this website and claim their own greatness. Do they pride themselves on thier own kids? You're damn right they do. That maybe why there are O'Donnell kids wanting to transfer to BC. As far as the PA announcer making the questionable play by play comment about being "locked up in jail by a host of Coyotes" on a gangtackle, I can assure you that he has made that comment about other gang tackles in many other games and even against our own squad. He has never had to worry about offending anyone becuase it was actually true. If you get offended by the truth, get over yourself. But this is just one man's opinion. Take it or leave it.

I intended to congratulate O'Donnell guys on a game that was extremely hard fought. You have a very good team that would represent pretty much any other district in the playoffs. You guys have great receivers, great quarterback and hard runners. Good luck to you guys in the future.

Dear qb1
No where in my post was I talking about the players (kids) talking trash to each other, that is part of it. I do have a problem with adults talking trash to 16 thru 18 year old kids and trying to berate them. So now I have a problem with you assuming you are an adult because you just did it yourself in your post. Real classy. I'm looking forward to our "chat".

Thanks,

I'm not playing the he/she said bs. If what you say is true, then there is no excuse for a grown man to talk trash to a high school kid. One idiot does not represent a village. However, there is more to this story than that. It is more than I care to go into detail about. It was wrong, period. I'm sure that you would not O'Donnell represented by the fools that condone what has happened there in the past and again I am not going to go into detail about it. The simple fact of the matter is that these two schools have begun a rivalry that will be fun to watch in the future. O'Donnell has a pretty good JR. High that will be interesting to watch in high school. I suspect that both schools will stay in the same division and even same district simply due to location if the enrollment numbers stay close. And sadly, no, I'm not the actual QB1. I wish. Just a fan with a great view.

Dear qb1

No I do not condone some of the actions our kids have done in the past (especially the 3 kids that got in trouble recently or at a baseball game at Sundown) and probably will not in the future but we both need to realize that they are kids. Appearantly you are as close to the individuals I accused of being classless as I am of the school and kids you and the other adults of BC are calling jailbirds, convicts, exconvicticts etc. Like you said one or a few does not represent the whole village.

Thanks,

Why did O'Donnell even let them play I mean did they really get the thought of beating teams like Sands or even Borden County?
