I'm reading this book by Mark Rippetoe, and I must recommend it to anyone that is involved with any sort of strength & conditioning regimen (professionally or personally.)

I learned more about the squat in 30 minutes of reading than in the previous 33 years of my life. Coaches, educate yourselves on this and teach it to your athletes.
