I went through there in April ............. they do have a few of them up there. ...........

I noticed them putting some in
just west of 108 south
heading into Stephenville.

I didn't know they were still building them.

Pretty sure I've had dog and possibly kittykat. I used to frequent some somewhat questionable dining establishments across the border back in the '60's........ Didn't seem to bother me much other than some uncontrollable leg shaking .........

That's because our tax money is still going to subsidize them. Eliminate the subsidy, and construction will stop, and the companies running the operating windmills will begin to walk away from them.
