Shark tank may be a better idea than you think.
I rarely sit in the stands. I'm normally standing along the fence, or at an endzone.

Let's get back to the original subject. How do we get someone to make my idea a reality?

Post Re: Video Game
I Googled How to Get Your Video Game Idea Turned to Reality and this is what I found. I hope this helps.

1. Work out an idea for a video game. It's best to get some inspiration from different sources or other video games. Determine what genre or genres your game would fit into, such as Adventure, action, platforming, etc. Proceed to work out a story and script for your video game.

2. Draw concept art. It will help getting your idea understood.

3. Show the idea to family and/or friends. If they like it, you have a better chance to be on your way to getting your idea done.

4. Make the video game yourself, or contact a software developer. If you decide to make the game yourself, below are a few easy game creation programs. Try http://www.engine001.com. No scripting knowledge is required.

Try Game Maker, which you can download at http://www.yoyogames.com/gamemaker/.

Optionally, you could use Microsoft Visual Basic, or raw script.

If you're going to use somebody else, make sure you contact a video game software company, rather than a regular software company. Try to find a software company that's close by, so you always have time to drop in. You can use a search engine to find a video game software developing company that's near you. Be warned that a lot of games companies will not accept any concepts, in order to prevent any accusation of copying ideas from your game. Contact them first to see if they are accepting design concepts.

5. Send the concept art, the idea, and the story to the game company. This will increase your chances on getting the job done.

Post Re: Video Game
Sorry...
I don't have time for anything else.
I'm in the middle of publishing Church directories for my Church.
I started in Feb. collecting the addresses and taking pictures.
I finished in July and printed half and I just got a new printer to finish the order.

I still need to finish a video for a wedding
and then I need to work on pictures I took of another wedding.
Then I have a jewelery order to complete, and I'm designing t-shirts for a group, and .... I'm forgetting something....
All of this is done sometime between raising three boys and a husband, cooking, cleaning, traveling to football/basketball games, working, and the list goes on and on..........

My husband has threatened to lock me up if I started another project. (I don't know why)

That sounds familiar. I teach youth bible study on Sundays, 1-2 evenings a week I'm doing something with for the athletic booster club, night class 2 days a week, several odd jobs, family time, & posting here. I don't sleep much. Lol
