I sent an email to TAPPS requesting they forward it to the six-man football schools. I am sure they did but I would like to confirm that the TAPPS schools received the athlete application. Please let me know if you did not receive the email. You can respond here or simply email me at jerhart@fwf.org and I will send you the application. Remember that all applications are due Nov. 10th.
