Starting 6 man Team in West Virginia
Looking to start a 6 man team from scratch. I have 9 years experience in 11 man football but would like to start 6 man at small Christian school in West Virginia. I have the possibility of 2 games currently. Would also like to expand into schools in our league. Looking to start in 2011. Need ideas on selling product to our board of education and other members of our "league". ANY advice would be welcome. Resources?

CHECK out the COACHES SPECIAL EDITION DVD (click on the sign that says "For Coaches Only") at sixmantexas.com. A number of start-up teams have requested a copy of this documentary, including one in London UK! It might be something to inspire the local troops.

If all possible get to Texas next weekend and attend one of the super events (Hico, Trent, Jayton, etc) where there are several teams playing and the atmosphere is the best football you can be around!!

Re: Starting 6 man Team in West Virginia
Thanks to those who have offered help. Looking at starting in 2011. Will work hard and pray for God's guidance with this "project" I hope to bring the wondeful game of football to those who might otherwise not have the opportunity to play. Keep posting ideas I can use all the help I can find!

Anyone willing to share game film with an "upstart" program. I would be willing to send blank DVD's. I am interested in seeing film of some six man games.
