It is a violation of TAPPS rules for you, as a coach or school official, to go to another school to get a transfer form signed. It is the responsibility of the transferring parent/student to obtain the signatures of the old school. It is an actionable (probation) offense under the rules. Kinda like too many text messages in NCAA.

I guess it's ok for a leader of a SO-CALLED christian school to curse out HS kids, fire 6 coaches (soccer, basketball, baseball , softball, hockey, water-polo and foosball coaches) say threatening words to a water-polo official and yet we threaten to sue when their dirty laundry is being air'd.....
But yet, this is the NEW US-of-A where EVERYONE wants to sue...

Example.... A 43 year old woMAN goes into McWhoppers and orders a SmallMack w/ cheese... the smallmack is sent out with european german cheese.... LAW SUIT because the 43 year old woMAN is from Australia.....

If people in PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS did the job they ARE suppose to do, WE WOULD NEVER GET TO THIS......

1. Pine Drive is on Probation for not monitoring their school administrator during a football game w/ Living Stones, The Administrator said SOMETHING to an offical.. Had to be something extreme because the game official turned it in and it got TAPPS attention....FACT...

2. Pine Drive christian school Administrator was given a public repremand... FACT....

3. Pine Drive Christian School Administrator was turned in by a parent who the student was living with in for
1. payment for out of town games for food ($40-50).... Where were you guys eating at....
2. falsified tuition payments
3. changing of grades
4. purchase of clothing

I believe this young man listed above on the charges was removed from the team by the administrator after the lubbock kingdom prep game.... I WONDER WHY

This was all turned in to TAPPS AEC..... PEOPLE ON THE AEC TALKS (GOSSIPS) and this has leaked out and I got my hands on the evidence that will be presented to Pine Drive by Tapps within the next few days.....
THEN WE CALL THE TAPPS AEC MEMBER FROM LOGOS PREP AND THREATEN HIM BY threatening to CALLING HIS HEAD ADMINISTRATOR/SUPERVISOR..
THESE ARE ALL FACTS THAT WILL STAND UP IN A COURT OF LAW

I tell ya what a real penalty for being sued is....

A certain ISD makes a reference call to the EX-Principal, which had come back to the school as a music teacher.... A good reference was given.
This same ISD, calls the head person and she exterminates the coach harder than RAID DOES ON ROACHES..
secondly, This same person told the church secretary, IF anyone calls for a reference, "Just hand up on them"

I just find it odd how, now the AD/HD FB Position is FINALLY OPEN after this person is no longer at the school......
My thinking on this is, YOU no longer need be put on anyone's reference page and that coach has gotten hired (my hypothesis on this)

As I got to Texas City last night for the weekend, I find this out.

There was an emergency meeting called by the Church/School Pastor.
I didn't get to attend the meeting but I was told one of the questions was asked about the EX-HeadMaster and her life.... I will be nice here

my sister tells me that my favorite school Living Stones will be going to court in June.
A student & Parent vs. THEIR HEAD OF SCHOOL.....
They tried to settle out of court but the parent said NO... She wants this going public so everyone can see what is happening there too....

IF I HAD A KID IN THIS AREA...... PUBLIC SCHOOL IT WOULD BE FOR ME ... HOLY MACKERAL w/ tuna salad (no olives)

Maybe I can pose as a Dad interested in these two schools, bring my two nephews, and ask BOTH school questions pertaining to these events...
