What are your thoughts on 6th graders playing up and playing JH ball when the school has less than 12 players between 7th and 8th grade?

What have your experiences been?

Easy!! Much needed experience. Coach should make sure to not put them into bad situations.

Hold them back.Let their body start the beginning phase of muscle development.Besides, will get more playing time on the 5th-6th grade pee-wee.

Totally agree. Nothing wrong with moving a kid up as long as the coaches are aware of the players skill level and the opponent they are playing. I have seen several 6th grade kids in TAPPS no more than 80lbs lay some 8th grade “ studs” flat on the turf!!!!
