2011 DVD could be informative, 201 DVD further down the page.
Lifegate/John might make you a package deal.

Jerry Burhkart usually has his clinic in mid-May in Richland Springs. Book your rooms at the Hyatt Regency Richland Springs now, because the place does fill up fast.

And yes, we're on for Friday, June 22 at Seguin Lifegate. Just have the last couple details to work out and will be ready to go ... by the way, 2011 clinic dvd's are going to be out later this month (just finishing up some technical glitches and having some smarter people than me figure it out...)
